BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
All customers are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to their booking to allow time to sign in, attend the safety briefing and be issued with your safety equipment. Any customer under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian with them. Any late arrivals may not be able to partake in their session.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
WET WEATHER
Our Experiences are not able to run in wet weather. If your experience is cancelled due to rain, we will make every effort to reschedule your missed session, or part thereof, as conveniently as possible.
BEHAVIOUR
Bushy Park reserves the right to terminate your booking if your behaviour or that of anyone member of your party is deemed as unsafe. Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly forbidden. If your booking is terminated for these reasons Bushy Park Circuit Inc will not be liable for any refunds, compensation or expenses.
DAMAGE
A valid credit card must be left on file for Swift and Radical Experiences' should any damage be caused by the driver during the experience. Please refer to point 16 of the liability waiver.
